A $29.90 NON-REFUNDABLE sign-up fee is required. Once you complete the payment at paypal you will be directed back to the account creation page on our site (if not, email us with the payment details and allow 48 hours). Your account will be in a suspended mode until it is activated and you will not be able to bid until we activate it. You will need to email us after you create an account with your username. We will then activate your account (allow 48 hours).
